As a mixologist, it’s hard to pick favourites #thestruggleisreal, especially when you have 70+ 1883 flavours to choose from, not to mention the pureesand juiceswe have. But being an Asian, #shoutout to all our Asian readers, we felt the need to do the Taste of Asia campaign, to highlight the best of Asian flavours we have in our range. Although we have more flavours, we have pick the best 5 flavours that truly represent being Asian. All the recipes are 100% created by me #legit #ASKJAM otherwise stated.

 

Chai Marsala Martini (1883 Chai Syrup)

We added more Asian touch to it like wolfberries, annato seeds at the bottom to accentuate the cocktail.

CHAI MASALA

 

Yuzu Sour (1883 Yuzu Syrup)

A nice tinge of melon liqueur, to add that green hues. Refreshing. Subtle and a perfect before or after dinner cocktail.

YUZU SOUR

 

Grapefruit and Ginger Sparkler (1883 Ginger Syrup)

We used pink grapefruit to be exact to give it a nice pinkish glow. Ultra refreshing.

GRAPEFRUIT GINGER

 

Peach-Orchid Cooler (1883 Orchid Syrup)

A perfect after dinner drink with or without alcohol.

PEACH ORCHID 2

 

Carribean Sour (1883 Coconut Syrup)

We used our Ripe Bordeaux Cherries, smashed them to add that reddish tinge for that extra tangy flavor in the cocktail, and it worked so well with the nuttiness of the 1883 Coconut Syrup.
